People don't respond to hard, dry facts.  (They think they do, but they don't)  The way to really get people's attention, motivate them, and fully-engage them, is to share a step-by-step story with them. 

You may think.  “I can't do that.  It's fluffy.  I'm a data-person.”

But if you don't have the ability to present hard, dry facts in story form
(which the brain digests 7 times faster--) then you are missing
the single most important skill in today's business world.
